Straw yellow color with greenish reflections, vinified alone; interesting fruity and characteristic bouquet with light hints of green apple and almond. and peppermint.<br />
Rich, full taste with good tasting persistence with evident citrus notes. Wine recommended as a garnished aperitif.<br />

<p><strong>Production techniques:</strong><br />
From Moscato Giallo Fior d&#039;arancio 100% grapes brought to the sugar (alcoholic) endowment by long permanence on the vine (30 days after the phenolic ripening of the grapes), the long fermentation that follows the careful selection and manual harvesting of the best bunches, the drying on racks and the subsequent refinement of 24.36 months is carried out in steel barrels, then passing through ancient wood which enhances the structural composition and the breadth of the final bouquet.</p>

<p><strong>Organoleptic characteristics</strong><br />
A golden yellow to the eye, with an elegant chain of fine and persistent bubbles rising towards the surface of the glass. On an olfactory level, it releases notes of graphite, gentian and mint, in a cadenced and precise manner, encouraging you to sip.</p>
<p>On the palate it demonstrates a sinuous character, slender by a tropical fruit of fresh pineapple, followed by notes of mandarin and thyme, with a light spicy note of ginger that accompanies the long, pleasantly intense finish.</p>
