In Milan an evening of great tasting with the Italian Sommelier Lombardy Foundation

WINES and OILS | The good oil of those who make good wine

On the occasion of the Olive Oil and Wine Sommelier Diploma Award Ceremony of the Lombardy Foundation, at the Hotel Principe di Savoia, Monday 6 March 2017 (from 6.30 pm to 10 pm) a meeting with some excellences in oil-wine tandem thanks to the prestigious companies Avanzi, Cantine del Notaio, Caprai, Col d'Orcia, San Salvatore, Tenuta degli Angeli. For a double tasting tour of Italy through Lombardy, Basilicata, Umbria, Tuscany, Campania. What about food? Thanks to Vallenostra Dairy even one tasting of the ancient and very rare MonteboreSlow Food Presidium! And thanks to Salami from the Dolce Varzi Consortium (Salame di Varzi DOP)  which will delight the palate with its best creations.

Wines and oils: an all-Italian tandem arrives. On the occasion of the Grand Diploma Award Ceremony to the first Extra Virgin Olive Oil Sommeliers and to the Wine Sommeliers of the Italian Sommelier Lombardy Foundation, at the Hotel Principe di Savoia in Milan comes the proposal of an event that is UNIQUE, TYPICAL AND DOUBLE and includes tastings of wine and oil of the highest Italian quality in tandem.

Monday 6 March 2017, starting from 6.30pm, until 10pm, a series of tastings made in ItalyWith tasting tables they will take you to truly unique realities linked to the production of extra virgin olive oil and high quality wines, taking you through the center of Milan on a "territorial" journey of taste that ranges fromLombardy, Basilicata, Umbria, Tuscany and reaches Campania with producers of true Italian excellence.

The food tradition of our country has always seen two of the most important products of the world go hand in hand Earth and the mastery ofManWine and Oil. Here is therefore an unmissable tasting, where the oil and wine signed by the same company will compete for the starring role. That fantastic bipolarism is in the heart and DNA of important companies like Avanzi, Cantine del Notaio, Caprai, Col d'Orcia, San Salvatore, Tenuta degli Angeli who will tell you a little about their land thanks to the tasting stands "led" by the Sommelier Foundation, making an evening open not only to professionals even more intense and magical. With two "off-plans" dedicated to food, which see the presence of Vallenostra Dairy  with his proposal tasting of the ancient and very rare MonteboreSlow Food Presidium. Beyond the "companatico", these will be the companies that will represent some of the most emblematic Italian realities of oil-wine co-production for the occasion. For a festive evening which also sees the award ceremony of the diplomas of the first oil and wine sommeliers of the Italian Sommelier Foundation in Lombardy.
