The Cellar

The cellar, defined as the "cantina cantina", is small and suggestive but at the same time functional and well organised.
It was built by digging into the hill to preserve the environment and maintain the harmony of the place.
Structured in rooms dedicated to the various phases of winemaking.
Pressing room, with direct connection from the first terrace to the horizontal press for soft pressing of the grapes.
Fermentation room with steel barrels equipped with temperature control.
Sparkling wine production room with stacks dedicated to refermentation and bottle aging for classic method sparkling wines
Bottling and packaging room.
The two sparkling wines are the protagonists of the cellar, born from a careful manual sorting of the bunches and a long stay on the yeasts, which fully represent the emblem of the history and quality of the company.
