Organoleptic characteristics
It has a straw yellow color with green gold reflections.
Aroma with notes of orange jam, elderflower and fresh yellow fruit, with a cereal note as a background.
The palate plays with elegance, where the salinity chisels and accompanies a freshness that gives verve to a full and composed sip.
Final with a delicate hint of white pepper.
