Bianco della Fara – Barricaded Chardonnay
Production techniques:
From “Chardonnay” 100% grapes, transferred to barrique from the second fermentation and kept for 8 months during which batonage is performed monthly to enrich the structure of the wine.
Tasting notes:
Straw yellow colour, intense, shiny. Large, intense, elegant, fruity, evolved, woody bouquet, with hints of vanilla, banana, ripe apple, on a nuanced hint of liquorice.
Dry, soft, continuous taste.
Pairings: Important grilled fish, first courses and white meats also with a side dish of mushrooms.
Alcoholic degrees: 12.5% Vol.
Tasting temperature: 10 – 12 degrees
