“Gold of the Angels” Chocolate

The “Oro degli Angeli” chocolate was born from the meeting between the “Testa” family and the master pastry chef Claudio Bonezzi with his fourth year pastry class of the Bergamasca Formazione company.
Inserted in a shell of enveloping dark chocolate, handcrafted with natural products, the "Oro degli Angeli" chocolate presents itself as a small masterpiece of flavours.
The exquisite heart of softness, the result of the combination of selected cocoa and the fullness of Angels' Gold, gives the palate intense sensations and a refined and refined taste.
In addition to the “Oro degli Angel” chocolate, also the “Balsamo degli Angeli” and “Pure oil” chocolates are worth tasting.

DESCRIPTION:
milk chocolate cream and passito wine from Tenuta degli Angeli

INGREDIENTS:
sugar, cocoa butter, powdered milk, ORO DEGLI ANGELI raisin wine,
dextrose, anhydrous butter, tremolina, isomalt, sorbitol, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring. Dark chocolate coating - cocoa min.70%: cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring.
Decoration: natural yellow colour.
May contain traces of nuts, milk and egg proteins, gluten and peanuts.

STATUS: solid
STORAGE CONDITIONS: temperature +16°c. and 50% of humidity
DURATION: 180 days from the date of production

    ESTATE OF ANGELS

    The Tenuta degli Angeli agricultural company was founded in 1984 in the locality of S.Stefano degli Angeli in Carobbio degli Angeli: a "favor" vineyard as Pierangelo Testa, creator of this small and wonderful oasis, had defined it. Particular microclimate, soil rich in calcareous marl, southern exposure and layout of the vineyard guarantee the wine a unique production quality.
