Cedar jam From the orchards of Tenuta degli Angeli
It is the microclimate that forms between the terraces supported by dry stone walls of the Tenuta degli Angeli that creates the ideal conditions for the cultivation of cedar.
The plants, exposed to the south and grown in a sheltered area close to a wall, right outside the cellar, flower twice a year and produce large fruits, rich in vitamins.
Cedar jam is a perfect delight for the preparation of desserts, to be tried as a digestive after a meal or combined with sweet hard cheeses and fiordilatte ice cream.
