“The Tenuta degli Angeli, also being an Educational Farm, hosted the ABF students in the Acetaia – tells Roberta Testa – and on the occasion of that meeting which took place a year ago we expressed the desire to create, together with them, a chocolate that contained our essence and our product of excellence, the Balsamo degli Angeli“.
From the union of the excellence of a product like the Balm of Angels and the enthusiasm of the kids, these very particular chocolates were born which enclose in a shell of enveloping dark chocolate, a heart of softness, the result of the harmonious combination of the delicate strawberry puree and the intense flavor of the Balsamo degli Angeli.
But it doesn't end here because Tenuta degli Angeli is full of excellence to be told and combined with the goodness and deliciousness of chocolate, thus creating unique products. Among these are the yellow Moscato Passito and the extra virgin olive oil which respectively became the heart of the chocolate "Gold of the Angels” and some chocolate “From the Olive Trees of the Angels“.
The first reveals a balanced combination of aromas between the orange blossom yellow Moscato Passito and the intense taste of cocoa, which gives the palate intense sensations and a refined and refined taste.
The second instead consists of two wafers of very fine dark chocolate which enclose an exquisite veil of pure extra virgin olive oil. “We are very happy and collaboration with schools is always exciting – concludes Roberta Testa -. We are convinced of the importance of an experience outside of school for children; even a simple visit can stimulate new and creative ideas and on our part there is the satisfaction of being able to transmit to them our culture understood as the experience of a family for 70 years in the wine sector, custodian of the traditions that are summarized in a good glass of wine, in the tasting of our Balsamo degli Angeli aged over 40 years and in a drop of freshly pressed oil. Being able to transfer all this also means transmitting values“.
