Wine obtained from overripe grapes.
L'oro degli Angeli represents the founder Pierangelo Testa's bet in the production of a passito wine of absolute quality made with the care and passion that arise from the love for a territory rich in charm and history and from an ancient and traditional orange blossom yellow muscat.
Production techniques:
From Moscato Giallo Fior d'arancio 100% grapes brought to the sugar (alcoholic) endowment by long permanence on the vine (30 days after the phenolic ripening of the grapes), the long fermentation that follows the careful selection and manual harvesting of the best bunches, the drying on racks and the subsequent refinement of 24.36 months is carried out in steel barrels, then passing through ancient wood which enhances the structural composition and the breadth of the final bouquet.
