The Balsamo della Tenuta degli Angeli is an extraordinary condiment obtained from the must of aromatic grapes, cooked in an open jar and over direct heat, and matured and aged for at least 12 years in the beautiful Acetaia owned by the Testa family whose minimum aging is 12 years.
