Meditation wine
Production techniques:
From native Moscato di Scanzo grapes harvested late and dried on racks according to production specifications. This vine is among the oldest
of Italy and exclusive to the province of Bergamo.
Tasting Notes:
Ruby red color with garnet reflections. Brick nail. Very intense, ethereal, broad, evolved bouquet with a clear aroma. Acacia honey, cherry jam, dried rose, sweet violet and dried fig emerge with a faint hint of spices (cinnamon). Sweet, generous, structured, harmonious, very persistent taste.
Pairings: crumbly, almondy pastry. Sbrisolona cake, cantucci, scabs, mother-in-law's tongues, small berry salad.
Tasting temperature: 16-18 degrees
Alcoholic degrees: 15.5%vol
Residual sugar: 60/80g/l
