On January 9th the third year Agriculture and Fashion students of thePieralisi Higher Institute of Jesi (province of Ancona) visited Tenuta degli Angeli.
The visit involved the entire Santo Stefano di Carobbio degli Angeli company, starting from the vineyards up to the cellar and the vinegar factory.
The children thus had the opportunity to learn the various processing phases in the vineyard, the winemaking techniques and the classic method in the cellar as well as the production process of Balsamo degli Angeli.
“Being able to convey to the kids that behind a glass of wine - he claims Manuela Ghidini, owner of the Tenuta degli Angeli company -, a taste of freshly pressed oil or a drop of Balsamo degli Angeli aged more than 40 years there is not only a food but also a whole set of times marked by nature, the work of man made of will, sacrifices, hard work and satisfaction, before arriving on the table, for us means first of all also transferring values.”
